Our practitioners are advance massage trained and will tailor your treatment by using a mixture of techniques including, but not limited too; Swedish, Deep tissue, Lymphatic drainage and Thai stretching to ensure you leave feeling renewed.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

A therapeutic back, neck & shoulder or full body and scalp massage using our specially blended Gaia oils and warm volcanic stones to relieve deep muscle tension. The warmth of the stones penetrates your muscles to soothe aches and pains, thus helping you to unwind and feel rejuvenated. Choose from the Gaia oils, Awakening, Balancing and Calming. 1 stroke of a Volcanic stone equates to 8 - 10 strokes of a hand.

MOTHER TO BE MASSAGE

Using our beautiful Mother GAIA Body Oil. You will be comfortably positioned tilted up right on our warm massage bed. Our mummy pillows and bolster will be ready to support you.

This is a full body massage which begins with a beautiful foot exfoliation, warm mitts and drainage massage to the ankles and feet.

POULTICE MASSAGE

75 Minutes | 90 Minutes

Immerse yourself into deep relaxation with this beautiful, hot, handcrafted treatment. The Poultices are handmade in the UK and are filled with organic herbs (coriander, rosemary, ginger, lavender and more) This treatment is incredibly healing, helping to increase flow, decongest and balance the body. The hot compresses help to relieve aches and pains whilst improving circulation and wellbeing. After the experience you will take your poultices home with you to continue the treatment.
